Summary
Parallel linear earthworks are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947 in two small fields marked on the 1st edition map at Wattons Ford Common. They are considered likely to be the remains of post medieval drainage features and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description
Parallel linear earthworks are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947 in two small fields marked on the 1st edition map at Wattons Ford Common (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of post medieval drainage features and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The site has gradually overgrown with scrubby vegetation since 1950s (2-4) and the features are no longer visible.
