Summary
A lime kiln recorded as ‘limekiln’ on the 1900 Ordnance Survey map. The kiln is a free standing structure with a loading ramp to the top of the kiln. It was visited in 1992-3 by Peter Stanier and found to be in fair condition with some 20-39% still standing. Partially demolished around 2000.
