A series of post medieval drainage channels to the southeast of Week Common are visible on 1940s aerial photographs. The features were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description

A series of post medieval drainage channels to the southeast of Week Common are visible on 1940s aerial photographs as short parallel linear features around 16m in length (1). The features are still visible on aerial photograph of 1957 (2) and some show up faintly on current Lidar imagery (3). The features were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP. The site is under tree cover on current Google Earth imagery (4).
