A building shown on the 1st epoch Ordnance Survey map, on which it is described as 'Methodist ChapEl. (Primitive)'. Former Primitive Methodist Chapel at Pilwell built in 1870, 100 yards south-east of the chapel of 1899, now a cottage. Stone with recent brick dressings, altered fenestration.
