Long linear boundaries are marked on the OS 1st edition map running from the Horton Road, northwards to David's Cross, Horton. They are considered to be post medieval wood banks and are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946-7. They have since been removed and subsequently plough-levelled but were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
