Summary

A system of linear ditched features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 to the west of St Anne's Cottage, Horton Heath. They are considered likely to be post medieval drainage features and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

A system of linear ditched features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 to the west of St Anne's Cottage, Horton Heath (1). They are considered likely to be post medieval drainage features and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The features have since been destroyed by landscaping and the excavation of a pond (2).
