A linear banked field boundary is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 running across the northern edge of Wedge Hill in the vicinity of what is now Cranborne Game Farm. The feature is considered to be of medieval or later date and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
