Summary
A banked and ditched linear visible to the southwest of Brockington Farm on a 2005 aerial photograph and current Lidar imagery is likely to be a field boundary of medieval or post medieval origin. The feature is located to the northwest and downslope of the deserted medieval settlement of Knowlton (MDO6412). The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

Full Description
A banked and ditched linear is visible to the southwest of Brockington Farm on a 2005 aerial photograph and current Lidar imagery (1 and 2). The linear feature is aligned south to north against the grain of the historic field pattern and is likely to be a field boundary of medieval or post medieval origin . The feature is located to the northwest and downslope of the deserted medieval settlement of Knowlton (MDO6412).
The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP.
