Summary
A curvilinear banked earthwork at St Giles's Park is visible as a cropmark on a 1989 aerial photograph. The feature may represent a boundary feature of potentially prehistoric date, although a later origin is also possible. The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

Full Description
A curvilinear banked earthwork at St Giles's Park is visible as a cropmark on a 1989 aerial photograph (1).
The feature measures around 61.5m long by 7m wide and it is located adjacent to the east side of a linear earthwork of potentially prehistoric origin (MDO6279). The feature may also represent a boundary feature of potentially prehistoric date, although a later historic origin for this feature is also possible.
The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP.
