Summary
A banked linear earthwork on the west side of St Giles's Park is visible on current Lidar imagery. The feature is presumed to be a field boundary of probable post medieval date, although an earlier origin is possible. The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

Full Description
A banked linear earthwork on the west side of St Giles's Park is visible on current Lidar imagery (1).
The feature is narrow and rectilinear in form and is presumed to be a field boundary of probable post medieval date. It appears to overlie the northwest end of a larger banked curvilinear field boundary of probable medieval or earlier origin (MDO40348).
The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
