Full Description
An extensive field system is visible as cropmarks and low earthworks on lidar imagery and aerial photographs to the northeast of Didlington Farm, Chalbury (1-3). It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The system comprises gently curved ditch and banked linears running NE-SW roughly in line with the extant field pattern. It is possibly of medieval origin. The features cover an area 800m by 500m and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
