Summary

A series parallel ridges is visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs in the field to the north of Bennets Farm. The features are considered to be the remains of ridge and furrow cultivation, possibly of medieval or later date, they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

A series parallel ridges is visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs in the field to the north of Bennets Farm (1-2). The features are considered to be the remains of ridge and furrow cultivation, possibly of medieval or later date, they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
