Summary
A series of banked field lynchets are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and lidar imagery in fields to the east of Knowle Hill Farm. They include a series of parallel banks at SU40371099 which may be the remains of medieval ridge and furrow. The features are considered to be the remains a medieval or post medieval field system, they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

A series of banked field lynchets are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and lidar imagery in fields to the east of Knowle Hill Farm (1-2). They include a series of parallel banks at SU40371099 which may be the remains of medieval ridge and furrow. The features are considered to be the remains a medieval or post medieval field system, they were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
