A ditched curvilinear feature to the north of Walford Bridge is visible on 1940s aerial photographs. The feature may be a historic field boundary of possible medieval date, although a later origin is possible. Alternatively it may be a post medieval trackway. The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
