A large hollow is visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photgraphs and lidar imagery to the south of the Lodge, Crichel Park, Moor Crichel. It is considered likely to be a post medieval extractive pit and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

A large hollow is visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photgraphs and lidar imagery to the south of the Lodge, Crichel Park, Moor Crichel (1-2) It is considered likely to be a post medieval extractive pit and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
