Full Description
ST 868136 Medieval strip lynchets on the north side of Preston Hill. <1-3>
A single strip lynchet, 8.0 m broad and 2.0 m high, extends for circa 350 m on the north side of Preston Hill, and is in good condition. Detail depicted on 25" <4.1> (see AM ST 8613). Other "Lynchets" appear to be natural scarps.
