The plough-levelled remains of a banked field system are visible as soilmarks on aerial photographs and as low earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the north of Moor Crichel. The boundaries are considered to be of medieval or post medieval date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

The plough-levelled remains of a banked field system are visible as soilmarks on aerial photographs and as low earthworks on lidar imagery in fields to the north of Moor Crichel (1-2). The boundaries are considered to be of medieval or post medieval date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
