Full Description

A small sub-circular ditched hollow to the northwest of Long Lane Farm is visible on current Lidar imagery (1). The feature is 17.7m long by 14.2m wide. It is situated in the southwest corner of an enclosed field and is presumed to be a small extractive pit of probable post medieval date. The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
