Summary
Iron Age/Romano-British finds were discovered in the bottom layers of a lynchet excavated in 1982 and 1983. These finds included Durotrigian pottery and shale bracelet fragments.

Full Description
ST 861 115: Excavation at the Everley water meadow in 1983 produced evidence of almost continuous occupation since the Late Neolithic or early Bronze Age. Iron Age lynchets were located within the area excavated. <1>
