Summary
A linear ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs running roughly east-west for 500m to the east of High Lea Diary, Hinton. It appears to cut through the linear barrow group, clipping the southern edge of barrow MDO40723. The feature is of uncertain date, possibly a later prehistoric or Roman ditch or a much later trackway. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

A linear ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs running roughly east-west for 500m to the east of High Lea Diary, Hinton (1-2). It appears to cut through the linear barrow group, clipping the southern edge of barrow MDO40723. The feature is of uncertain date, possibly a later prehistoric or Roman ditch or a much later trackway. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
