Summary
Ditched linear features to the southeast of Bailie Gate, Sturminster Marshall, are visible on 1940s aerial photographs. The features are considered likely to be post medieval drainage ditches. They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

Full Description
                Ditched linear features to the southeast of Bailie Gate, Sturminster Marshall, are visible on 1940s aerial photographs (1). 
The features comprise interlinking  linear and curvilinear ditches that are considered likely to be post medieval drainage ditches. 
The site is partly under ponds on Google Earth imagery. The  features are no longer visible. They were digitally plotted from 1940s aerial photographs by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
