Full Description
A ring ditch to the northwest of New Barn Farm is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs (1).
The feature is approximately 19m in diameter with a 0.9m wide outer ditch . The feature is considered likely to be a Bronze Age barrow; it is the northernmost of a loose row of three such features (See MDOs 41666 and 41667) and part of a wider grouping of Bronze Age barrows in the near vicinity.
The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
