A ring ditch to the northwest of New Barn Farm is visible as a faint cropmark on aerial photographs (1).
The feature is approximately 16.3m in diameter with a 1.2m wide outer ditch . The feature is considered likely to be a Bronze Age barrow; it is the southernmost of a close grouping of six similar features (See MDOs 41670 to 41674) and part of a wider concentration of Bronze Age barrows in the near vicinity.
