A D-shaped ditched enclosure to the north of New Barn Farm is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs (1). The feature comprises a D-shaped ditched enclosure approximately 39m long and between 23m and 32m wide. It imay be an enclosure of late prehistoric origin, potentially Iron Age to Romano-British in date. The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
