Summary

Two parallel linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1954 running east west along the line of the modern A348. They are considered to follow the line of a post medieval trackway and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The site has since been destroyed by a modern roundabout.

Full Description

Two parallel linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1954 running east west along the line of the modern A348 (1). The features are considered to be the lines of a post medieval trackway and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The site has since been destroyed by a modern roundabout.
