A post medieval extractive pit on the south side of Kingston Lacy Park is visible on current Lidar imagery (1).
The feature comprises a sub-oval scarped depression approximately 35.3m long by 22m wide.
The feature was digitally plotted from current Lidar imagery by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
