Summary
Banked and ditched linear features to the east of Tadden are visible on aerial photographs. The features are presumed likely to be historic field boundaries and drainage ditches of possible post medieval date, although an earlier origin for some features is also possible. They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

Full Description
Banked and ditched linear features to the east of Tadden are visible on aerial photographs (1-2).
The features comprise a series of broad slightly curvilinear banks and narrow sinuous ditches that are considered likely to be historic field boundaries and drainage ditches of possible post medieval date, although an earlier origin for some features is also possible.
The site is still open fields under crop on current Google Earth imagery and the features are still variously visible in certain years.They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
