Summary

A house thought to have been built in the 17th century, though possibly earlier in origin. Altered and extended in the 18th century. The building has walls of coursed rubble, the front façade rendered, and a thatched roof with brick chimney stacks. Surviving internal features are reported to include chamfered ceiling beams.

Full Description

ST 78052152. The Vicarage of two storeys with rubble walls, partly rendered, with ashlar dressings and thatched roof is probably of 17th century origin with 18th century alterations and enlargement. <2>
