Summary
A house which may have been built in the 17th century, though possibly a late medieval house in origin and much altered in the 17th century. The building has walls of rubble and a thatched roof with brick chimney stacks. Notable features of the interior are reported to include an open fireplace with chamfered timber bressumer, and a ceiling of intersecting chamfered beams. At one time divided into two tenements, though it is thought to have started as a single dwelling.
