Summary
A large group of hollows is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery along the southern slope to the south of the A356, east of Combe Bottom Coppice, Toller Pororum. They are considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.

A large group of hollows is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery along the southern slope to the south of the A356, east of Combe Bottom Coppice, Toller Pororum [1]. They are considered likely to be a post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.
