Faint traces of wide parallel cultivation marks are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the east of Greenford Lane, Maiden Newton [1]. They are considered to be the remains of medieval ridge and furrow were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.
