Full Description
North-eastern of two adjacent or conjoined plough-levelled round barrows. This monument is clearly visible as a circular, annular or penannular cropmark with an estimated diameter of 18 metres on aerial photographs dated 2017. No internal features could be discerned. A site visit in October 2017 recorded a very slight topographic rise associated with a localised concentration of nodular flint - possibly marking the remnants of a much-spread former mound. It is unclear from the ground inspection which barrow (if either) the mound relates to.
