A series of parallel features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 in fields to the south and southeast of Fortunes Wood Farm. The features were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project and considered to be medieval or post medieval cultivation marks. They are still partially extant on Google Earth imagery [2]
