Summary

Seventeenth century house, now an inn, with additions and alterations of the seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Original range is rubble with thatched roof, later ranges are ashlar and rubble with tiled roofs.

Full Description

Crown Inn mid-C17th cottage with additions of C17th-C19th. The earliest parts are of rubble and thatch. The original cottage, to the North in the C17th part of the building, is of one-storey with a semi-dormered attic. <1>
