Summary
A possible sub-rectangular ditched enclosure is visible as a cropmark on a 1969 aerial photographs in the area of Hogg Cliff Hill, Frampton. The feature is situated within an Iron Age enclosed settlement (MDO1588) and may be associated but it might alternatively be of natural geological origin. The feature was digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

Full Description
A possible sub-rectangular ditched enclosure is visible as a cropmark on a 1969 aerial photographs in the area of Hogg Cliff Hill, Frampton (1). The feature measures approximately 38m by 36m and is situated within and close to the north side of an Iron Age enclosed settlement (MDO1588) and may be associated but it might alternatively be of natural geological origin, or possibly a post medieval extractive feature. It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.
