The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project. Part of the monument is a Scheduled Monument (1003771).

Full Description

An extensive area of Iron Age/Romano-British field systems and settlement enclosures are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and current Lidar imagery on Grimstone Down, Stratton (1-3). The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project. Part of the monument is a Scheduled Monument (1003771). The features are no longer visible on current Google Earth imagery.
