An extensive area of Iron Age/Romano-British field systems and settlement enclosures are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and current Lidar imagery in the area of Crete Hill, Godmanstone (1-5). The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.
The features are no longer visible on current Google Earth imagery.
