Summary

Banked linear features are visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs and current Lidar imagery to the north of Langford Farm, Stratton. The features are probably late prehistoric field boundaries of possible Iron Age/Romano-British date, although a later origin for some of the features is also possible. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.

Banked linear features are visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs and current Lidar imagery to the north of Langford Farm, Stratton (1, 2). The features are probably late prehistoric field boundaries of possible Iron Age/Romano-British date, although a later origin for some of the features is also possible. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.
