Linear banked features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs at Pond Bottom, Sydling St Nicholas.The features are considered likely to be part of an Iron Age/Romano-British field system (1, 2). The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project. The features are still visible as earthworks on current Google Earth imagery.
