Monument record MDO43212 - Possible medieval strip lynchets, Rampisham

Summary
Strip lynchets of possible medieval or earlier date are visible as curvilinear scarped earthworks on aerial photographs taken to the southwest of Rampisham. Earthworks recorded on the OS Mastermap and included as part of a survey of Rampisham Deer Park (NRHE Hob UID 96604) may refer to some of these features. They were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.
