Summary
Bronze age bowl barrow situated on the county boundary between Dorset and Wiltshire. In 1972 this monument was reported as around 60 feet in diameter, with a mound about 3½ feet high. In 1956 the Ordnance Survey noted that it was crossed by a small boundary bank and ditch, the bank of which was 0.4 metre high.
The record for this monument has been enhanced with support from Wessex Water.

Full Description
ST 89542091. An unpublished barrow. Diameter 20 paces and height 3 1/2 ft. Discovered by L V Grinsell. Listed under bowl barrows. <1>
ST 89552089. A grass covered barrow. The mound is 22.0m. in diameter and 0.4m. high, but is cossed by a small boundary bank and ditch, the bank of which is 0.4m. high. There is no visible ditch surrounding the mound, which appears to be a bowl barrow. <2>
