Summary

A farmhouse thought to have been built in the seventeenth century, possibly earlier. The building has walls of rubble with a tiled, gable-ended roof with stone-slate verges and brick chimney stacks. A barn is attached. Surviving features of the interior are reported to include a plank-and-muntin cross-passage partition, blocked open fireplaces, and chamfered ceiling beams.

ST 76632923. West Bourton Farmhouse, of two storeys with rubble walls and tiled roofs is of the 17th century. (Listed as "Farmhouse 30 yds south east of Manor Farm" by DOE). <1-2>
