Summary
A farmhouse built in the seventeenth century. The building has walls of rubble, and until 1947 had a thatched roof. A stone set into the front of the house is inscribed 'T.D. 1632' and 'I.D. 1723'.

Full Description
ST 73882217. Higher Farm house, Nyland, of two storeys with rubble walls, is of the 17th century; an inscription set into the south front reads 'TD 1632', together with 'ID 1723'. <2>
