Full Description
ST 856039. Soil marks of an occupation area on Little Down, with a trackway leading from the E, are visible on air photographs. It is possibly the Romano-British settlement discovered in the 19th century (ST 80 SE 1). <1>
Near circular enclosure, area 0.2 ha., and discrete arc 200 m WSW of a trapezoidal enclosure with a contained circle visible on air photographs. Trapezoidal enclosure comparable to [SU 01 NE 13]. [Air photograph transcription plan of trapezoid, with comparable sites]. <2-3>
