Building record MDO43730 - Baptist Chapel, Poole

Summary
Chapel, built about 1815 and altered circa 1879. It is constructed from brick with terracotta dressings and a slate roof. To the front there is a entrance gable with a late 19th century moulded pediment containing an aculus dated 1815 over triple round-arched windows. There is a gabled late 19th century entrance porch with a mid 20th century doorway. This chapel replaces a previous one of 1735, which is marked by a plaque.
