Full Description
Three Neolithic leaf-shaped arrow-heads, an Early Bronze Age arrowhead with concave base, pieces of 9 Neolithic celts (7 published) and 13 small flakes of dark brown flint in fresh condition were found in some field near Tucker's Cross, and imply knapping on the site. The celt fragments come from one part of a single field (ST 607 179), from which Mr Fowler also records a whole specimen found by the Rev. Goode. <1>
