Full Description
A group of round barrows on Deverel Down in Milborne St Andrew and Winterborne Whitechurch parishes. 'D' - SY 82289935. Bowl barrow, 42ft diameter and 5ft high, adjoins the hedge forming the parish boundary. The centre has been dug into and the whole mound has been badly damaged by rabbits. A modern track has destroyed the ditch on the south east. (RCHM Milborne St Andrews No 37; Grinsell's Milborne No 10).

SY 822993. Group of six round barrows on Deverell Down. Scheduled. (This group undoubtably includes some of the barrows at SY 821991 - See SY 89 NW 16). <4>
'D' - SY 82289934. Bowl barrow, diameter of mound 14.0 metres; height 1.5 metres. A ditch is visible on the south-west side only, 7.0 metres wide and 0.7 metres deep. Resurveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <5>
