A field system associated with the prehistoric enclosure in High Wood is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery. It extents to the east of the woods where it is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. The system was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

The enclosure and field system at High Wood Badbury was surveyed by staff of RCHME in 1991, for further information see archive collection. <1>
A field system associated with the prehistoric enclosure in High Wood is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery <2>. It extents to the east of the woods where it is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs <3>. The system was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
