Summary
The probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north of Ram Lane, Shapwick. It is one of a larger cemetery group. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.

Full Description
A possible Bronze Age round barrow was recorded as cropmarks on 2015 Historic England oblique aerial photographs. It has a diameter of about 30m. It is part of a cluster of seven barrows (NRHE 1622729, 1622728, 1622725, 1622724, 1622722). It is centred at ST 9386 0231. <1>
The site of a plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrow is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs <2>. It is one of a larger group forming a barrow cemetery. It is visible as a ring ditch, 29m across and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
