Full Description
The probable site of a later prehistoric settlement is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs <2-3>. The site comprises fragments of conjoined curvilinear enclosures, field boundaries and pits. It was digitally plotted from aerial photographs during the Dorset Middle Stour Catchment AI&M Project.
ST 921 048 (FCE) A rapid examination of air photography suggests the presence of an enclosure and linear features, possibly of Prehistoric or Roman date, visible as cropmarks northwest of Tarrant Keyneston. <1>
